Welcome to God hates Divorce, a website created for people who are going through the storms of marital separation and divorce. Let me introduce myself. I am a stander, one who is standing in the gap for my husband, the complete - total healing and restoration to one another, of our marriage, our family’s, to God and standing firm on the promises of God. I am standing in faith that God will do for you and me what he has done for others. For God is NOT a respector of persons, his Word tells us so. I also believe that it is not God’s Will for your marriage or mine to end, no matter if a divorce decree has been legally issued or not. God is a God of covenant and He will stand with you in your marriage covenant! Even if it appears your spouse thinks a totally different way! God knows the heart of man and only God can change a heart of stone to one of flesh. This is a journey that you have embarked upon, a wonderful journey with the Creator of Heaven and earth. It is my hope and prayer that you will understand that you are not alone in this. It is my hope that you will be encouraged; maybe even learn about the things your feeling, going through and get some insight about so many different things happening in your life right now. The men and women that come here are of all denominations and backgrounds. You see the enemy is not choosey on who he attacks. I have come to understand that your marriage and mine have been a target because satan knows it hurts God the Father. For God created marriage and family. Marriage and family’s are the very core structure of God’s way of doing things. He is the Father who sent His Son, to be sin for our sin and through Jesus life, death and resurrection we are in the family, heirs to the kingdom of Christ! God the Father will correct us for we are His children and because we are His children He will also teach us, heal us and He will also bless us. Just like any good father on earth would treat his children, but only better! Marriage and family is also the very tie that binds society! When there is a breakdown of this, society begins to breakdown as well. This is another target of satan. This breakdown in society is becoming more evident every day as you watch the news on your TV. But you can fight back! Fight the good fight of faith! And you have to know, this is not your battle it is the Lord’s! 2 Chronicles 20:17

There is also a chat room for you to fellowship with other believers who are also standing for their marriages and are or have gone through all the same trials and tribulations you are going through. We offer up prayer in the chat room as well and the price of admission is a praise! There is also offered a section for prayer requests, praises and testimonies from people who marriages have been restored by the miraculous hand of God. There is a section of my own experiences with the Lord and His awesome way he deals with me through this walk with Him. They were written and are written for encouragement. And lastly, get in to a good Bible based church if you are not already in one. Don’t fret if everyone does not believe exactly the way you believe. Right now there may be members in your church that don’t understand yet what you are doing. But you do need a good foundation in the word of God. Do not let any website, book, TV evangelist or group substitute your time in His Word. The Bible is your best friend so to speak and nothing can replace the infallible word of God. As a matter of fact make Christ your best friend and spend time with Him and share with Him the way you would any best friend. In part this is why God allowed this to happen in your life, because He desires a relationship with you and for some of us it was the only way He could get our attention. God want to be a part of every aspect of your life. He desires to do the same for your spouse, children and anyone you possibly could care for. Love in Christ, |
